On August 10, 2001 we experienced something that we never expected to occur. We lost a daughter, a wife, a sister, our mother to Breast Cancer. A women whose kindness and compassion for others, as well as, her faith in God's presence within our family touched so many different people around the world.
During her fight, God used her as an aid in an additional battle, the fight to find a cure for this silent disease. Throughout her treatment, she kept a brave smile upon her face. This remined us that there was nothing to fear, and that life is nothing without the support of your family.
Lovenia Ann Lee-Cooper embodied the definition of "Saint on Earth". We now carry her efforts to find a cure through The Silent Majority Breast Cancer Foundation. In her loving memory, and of all those who have lost this fight. Our hope is to prevent children from having to say goodbye to their loved ones from this disease. We will find a cure.
